Is there a membership fee?: There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
How often do you have flights?: We have flights from the U.S. 4x per week.
How often you have sea freight?: We have freight by sea once per week
When do customs fees apply?: Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher.
What are restricted items?: Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.
I need help purchasing something online: We can help you purchase items online and deliver them to your doorstep.
How do I schedule a pick-up or delivery?: You can schedule pickups or deliveries through our WhatsApp line or by emailing our customer support team at support@elthamkonnect.com.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?: Contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly, ensuring you’re updated at every step.
What payment methods do you accept?: We accept online payments (Lynk and bank transfers) and cash on delivery. Debit and credit cards will be added soon.
